House of Pies has been a Los Angeles institution for decades and is said to be the local hangout for struggling screenwriters who need copious amounts of pie and strong black coffee to keep their creative juices flowing.

The new menu design is very "googie" in keeping with the classic coffee shop ambiance of the restaurant and we created a series of retro-coasters that appear throughout the menu.

We also did a design for their signage that appears on the front of the menu and we are hoping will soon make an appearance as actual signage on the steet. (See our store concepts in Branding)
